Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Metro Clean Solutions to the client.

1. Booking & Payment

*Booking can be made via phone, email or online.

*A quote will be provided before service confirmation

*Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing

* We accept cash, bank transfer and card payment. 

*Late payment fees may apply after 7 days. 

2. Pricing 

*All prices are quoted based on the information provided by the client

*Extra charges may apply if the job scope changes on-site (e.g. excessive dirt, additional rooms. 

*Bond cleaning quotes assume the property is empty unless specified.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 

*Minimum 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking

*Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a $50 fee to cover loss of time

*In the event of emergencies or bad weather, we may reschedule without penalty. 

4. Access to Property

*The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time

*If we cannot access the property or are locked out, a call-out fee may apply

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

* If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours

*We will return for a touch-up clean at no additional cost, where reasonable and appropriate

*No refunds are given after a service has been completed unless required under Australia Comsumer Law.

6. Liability 

We take care with all property and belongings, but are not liable for:

*Pre-existing damage

*Items not disclosed as fragile 

* Natural wear and tear 

Metro Clean Solutions holds Public Liability insurance to cover accidental damage caused during our services. 


7. Client Responsibilities

*Please ensure the property is safe and accessible

*Secure and valuables or fragile items prior to our arrival

*Provide access to power and water as needed

8. Photos & Quality Control 

*We may take before/after photos for quality assurance (never showing personal items or people)

*These may be used internally or for marketing with written consent from client 

9. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy  and will not be shared without your permission.
