Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided when:

*We are unable to complete the agreed-upon service due to our fault and no reasonable solution can be found.

*The service was paid for in advance and cancelled with more than 24 hours` notice

*Refunds are required under Australia Consume Lar (e.g. the service was not derived with due care and skills).

Refunds will not be provided when:

*The property was in a condition not disclosed at booking (e.g. excessive mess  or damage not quoted for.

*The complaint is made more the 24 hours after completion of service, unless required by law. 

Re-cleans Instead of Refunds:

*In most cases if you are not satisfied with our work, we will offer a re-clean of the affected areas rather than a refund. We want to fix it, not just walk away.
